Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Montbell account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
